Warranty

One of the important components of our online store is that the goods are certified and provided with manufacturers' guarantee.

To get a warranty service you need:

  • correctly filled uo warranty card without corrections which must specify the model and serial number, date of sale and stamp of trading company;
  • proof of purchase (sales receipt);
  • full set of goods.

Please pay attention to the fact that buyer upon receipt of the order must check the package and appearance of the product for the absence of physical defects (scrathes, cracks, chips etc.) and package contents in the presence of a courier. Claims on these issues cannot be accepted after departure of a courier.

Warranty case is not valid if:

  • warranty card is not filled properly or lost
  • equipment was delivered to the Russian Federation informally
  • equipment was delivered to your country unofficially
  • product has traces of mechanical damage or opening its body
  • broken factory seals
  • conditions of use, transportation or storage are disregarded
  • device was repaired by non-authorized service
  • non-original accessories are used
