Centralized video management for TEMSA
Client profile
TEMSA is one of Turkiye’s leading manufacturers of buses, midibuses, and light trucks. Operating under Sabancı Holding and PPF Group, the company has been active since 1968 and serves markets across the world.
TEMSA’s main production facility in Adana, Turkiye, covers approximately 510,000 m² and employs around 1,900 people. The facility has an annual single-shift production capacity of up to 10,000 vehicles and is part of a global operation that has exported more than 18,000 vehicles to 70 countries.
For an industrial operation of this scale, a reliable and manageable video surveillance infrastructure is essential for maintaining continuous site monitoring and ensuring security teams can access recorded footage when required.
Project background
TEMSA needed to bring cameras from different manufacturers together within a single video management environment. The existing multi-brand infrastructure made centralized camera management more difficult, while operators also needed a reliable recording platform capable of supporting continuous surveillance.
A key requirement was to manage camera settings directly through the VMS rather than accessing individual camera web interfaces.
Solution
TRASSIR implemented a centralized video surveillance solution based on TRASSIR VMS and TRASSIR NeuroStation 8800R/128.
The solution included:
• TRASSIR NeuroStation 8800R/128
• AnyIP licenses
TRASSIR VMS enables cameras from different manufacturers to operate within one centralized surveillance environment, giving operators a unified interface for monitoring and management.
The platform also allows supported camera settings to be managed through the VMS, reducing the need to work separately with individual camera interfaces. TRASSIR NeuroStation 8800R/128 provides the recording infrastructure for continuous video surveillance and reliable access to archived footage.
The project was implemented together with INVIA BİNA TEKNOLOJİLERİ SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.
Results and impact
The deployment gave TEMSA a centralized video management environment capable of bringing its multi-brand camera infrastructure together under one VMS. Operators can manage and monitor the connected cameras from a unified interface, while the dedicated NeuroStation infrastructure supports continuous recording and convenient access to the video archive.
Key benefits include:
• Centralized management of multi-brand cameras
• Unified video management environment
• Easier camera configuration and administration
• Reduced dependence on individual camera web interfaces
• Reliable continuous video recording
• Centralized access to recorded footage
• Scalable infrastructure for future surveillance needs
By combining multi-brand camera integration, centralized management, and reliable recording, TRASSIR helped TEMSA simplify the operation of a large-scale surveillance environment while making better use of its existing camera infrastructure.
