Şenkaya Çelik Döküm San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is an industrial company operating in the steel casting sector in Türkiye. Its production environment requires reliable security infrastructure capable of supporting continuous site monitoring and providing operators with fast access to video footage when incidents need to be investigated.

For an industrial facility with multiple operational areas and a large number of surveillance cameras, stable video recording, efficient archive management, and centralized monitoring are essential for maintaining security and supporting day-to-day operations.

Project background

As the video surveillance infrastructure expanded, the client required a solution capable of reliably processing and storing video streams while making daily work with the system easier for security operators.

The key objective was to ensure continuous video recording and fast archive access while creating a scalable foundation for the introduction of AI-powered video analytics. The client also wanted to improve the efficiency of monitoring across a large number of cameras and gradually automate the detection of critical security and safety events.

Solution

TRASSIR provided a centralized video surveillance solution based on TRASSIR VMS and high-performance TRASSIR server infrastructure.

The solution included:
- TRASSIR NeuroStation 8800R/64 server
- TRASSIR VMS
- TRASSIR AI video analytics modules
- TRASSIR NeuroStation 8800R/64 provides continuous video recording and enables operators to quickly access and review archived footage when required.

TRASSIR VMS provides security personnel with convenient tools for managing and monitoring a large number of cameras from a centralized interface, helping simplify daily surveillance operations.

The next stage of the project will introduce additional AI-powered capabilities, including TRASSIR Neuro Detector Intrusion Pro, TRASSIR Neuro Fire and Smoke Detector, and AutoTRASSIR Parking, further expanding the system from traditional video surveillance to proactive security and operational monitoring.
