Problems typically faced by retailers are thefts, cheating and salesforce’s errors. Today, we cannot imagine that a retail business management could fail to understand the importance of the video surveillance and security systems as tools informing the company’s profits.

Project: PROFI, Romania’s largest retail chain with more than 1 500 outlets across the country’s cities, towns, and villages. The chain is represented with different sizes convenience stores.

Objective: To enable the legacy security systems’ migration to the common platform in order to coordinate/align the teams’ operations.
