Project background
The store, spanning approximately 10,000 sq. ft., required a modern analytics-driven solution to better understand customer interactions and improve operational efficiency.

Solution
TRASSIR deployed an integrated video analytics solution designed to support both retail intelligence and operational efficiency within a single platform.
The system uses facial recognition-based analytics to identify key customer demographics, including age groups and gender distribution, helping the retailer better understand its target audience and shopping behavior.
In addition, the same technology was applied for automated employee attendance management, reducing manual intervention and ensuring accurate workforce tracking.
The solution also enables in-store movement analysis, allowing the client to understand how customers interact with different product zones and identify high-interest areas within the store layout.
