Project background


The showroom located in Mumbai, spans approximately 5,000 sq. ft. and receives a steady daily flow of visitors. Given the nature of the business, the client required a solution that could go beyond traditional surveillance and provide real-time security monitoring alongside actionable business insights.


The objective was to implement a system capable of enhancing store protection, optimizing staff performance, and delivering a deeper understanding of customer behavior within different showroom zones.


Solution


TRASSIR deployed a comprehensive AI-powered video analytics system designed to combine security, operational control, and retail intelligence within a single platform.


The solution enables accurate footfall tracking using Neuro Counter, helping the client analyze daily traffic patterns and peak hours. Zone-based analytics provide visibility into how customers move across different sections of the showroom, highlighting areas of high engagement such as gold, diamond, and bridal collections.

Security was significantly strengthened through intrusion detection, delivering real-time alerts during non-operational hours, and facial recognition technology, which supports both employee attendance tracking and blacklist detection for enhanced preventive security.

In addition, heat map analytics offer a visual representation of customer activity, allowing the store to optimize layout and product placement. Advanced investigation tools enable rapid incident review, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual video checks.


The solution was fully aligned with the operational needs of a high-value retail environment.
