Kent Palas Residence is a premium residential complex located in Turkiye, offering a comfortable and secure living environment for its residents. Designed with modern infrastructure and convenience in mind, the complex focuses on delivering smooth daily operations and reliable security measures for all occupants.

Project background

As the number of residents and visitors grew, Kent Palas Residence faced challenges managing vehicle access at its entrance gates. Manual gate control often led to delays and required continuous staff involvement. The management sought a smart, autonomous checkpoint system that would automate entry and exit for registered residents while maintaining a high level of security.

It was also essential to implement a cost-effective solution that could integrate with the existing camera network without requiring investment in specialized license plate recognition hardware.

Project solution

In partnership with Asmin Elektronik, TRASSIR implemented an automated vehicle access system built on:

• AutoTRASSIR Parking INT — for automatic license plate recognition and barrier control
  
• TRASSIR VMS — as the central video management and monitoring platform
  
• AnyIP Win64 — enabling compatibility with a wide range of camera brands
  
• Autouniversal Script — customizing automation logic and reporting
  

The TRASSIR system uses standard IP cameras to recognize vehicle license plates stored in the resident database. When a registered vehicle approaches, the barrier opens automatically through the camera’s alarm output, ensuring a seamless and secure entry process. Administrators can also view reports, monitor access logs, and search license plates for incident verification.
