A major dairy processing cooperative in northern India, one of the largest in Asia, operates an extensive production and logistics network supporting hundreds of thousands of rural suppliers. As a high-volume operation, the organization requires robust and scalable surveillance systems to ensure site security and optimize operational efficiency across multiple facilities.

Project background

As the cooperative expanded its operations and upgraded facility infrastructure, it faced significant challenges in managing disparate CCTV systems sourced fr om multiple vendors. This fragmented setup led to inefficiencies in monitoring, system maintenance, and data storage.

To resolve these issues, the organization launched a pilot initiative to consolidate its surveillance systems under a unified video management platform, targeting better scalability, centralized control, and reduced complexity.

Project solution

To meet these objectives, TRASSIR deployed:

• TRASSIR AnyIP INT licenses
  
• TRASSIR NeuroStation 64-channel server
  

This setup allowed the client to integrate third-party cameras from different manufacturers into a single TRASSIR VMS, simplifying control and improving monitoring effectiveness without replacing existing hardware.

In addition to seamless integration, the client also benefited from TRASSIR’s free bundled analytics, included with the VMS licenses:

• Active Search for quick forensic review

• Multi Search for cross-camera investigation

• Fire & Smoke detection for early hazard alerts

• Sabotage detection to monitor for camera tampering

• Failover functionality for uninterrupted recording

These advanced features added significant value to the project at no additional cost, supporting more proactive surveillance and reducing operational overhead.
