About the project

Essenora project was built to increase living standards, add value to residents’ lives and change the face of Gaziosmanpaşa by providing a modern appeal. It involves not only apartments but also terrace apartments, where people have access to the terrace from every room.

Essenora is located just near to Vialand which is the first and only European scaled team park, Forum Istanbul Shopping Center and others. The project is in front of the city park which is 50.000 sqm area. Essenora includes fitness center, sauna, sports facilities, indoor parking lots, playgrounds and a swimming pool, providing a complete life inside a residential compound.

This project has been implemented together with our partner, LION TECHNOLOGY DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. 

Project objectives

• Implement a surveillance system that ensures total control over the territory and guarantees the absolute safety of residents, visitors, property, which is scalable and with self-diagnostic of malfunctions for prompt fixing;

• Reduce the staff and the duties of the security service;

• Provide access control to the checkpoint of gates with license plate recognition;

• Create a deep archive that stores the evidence base for the investigation of criminal or controversial situations.

Project solution

• 30 cameras, security of the environment, critical facilities and closed areas, alarm system and Reporting;

• 10 AutoTRASSIR (LPR) modules and Reporting.

Project results

Video Management System and analytical software were integrated into the existing cameras in Essenora Residence, one of the most prestigious residence complexes of Istanbul, and the installation of the alarm system was completed in 2022.
