About the Project

The Governorship of Istanbul, also known as the Istanbul Valiliği, is a significant administrative building in Istanbul. It serves as the office of the Governor of Istanbul, who is the chief administrative officer of the province. The building is located in the historic district of Cağaloğlu: this area is known for its proximity to many of Istanbul's historic sites.
The building itself is an example of Ottoman-era architecture, reflecting the historical significance and administrative importance of the governorship.
As a key government building, the Governorship of Istanbul was in need of robust security measures in place, such as controlled access points, surveillance systems, and the presence of security personnel. Given the importance of the building, TRASSIR was entrusted with the installation of modern security technologies such as CCTV cameras.
The project was implemented in collaboration with Official Distributor of TRASSIR Turkiye LION TECHNOLOGY DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.

Video Surveillance in the Field

One of the most important advantages of TRASSIR solutions is their flexibility, which significantly improved the operators' workflow in this project. The ability to utilize an existing video surveillance system with TRASSIR solutions reduced costs, as there was no need to replace previously purchased equipment. Moreover, TRASSIR solutions are scalable, allowing customers to add different modules in the future. These solutions have helped eliminate human error by automatically sending notifications, following set tasks, providing error-free perimeter security, and automating various processes within the institution's operations.
