From expansion to impact: A conversation with TRASSIR’s VP International Sales

2025 has been a year of accelerated international growth for TRASSIR, marked by expansion into new regions, stronger local presence in key markets, and increasing demand for AI-driven, software-first security solutions. In this interview, Nikita Golikov, VP International Sales, shares his perspective on the year’s key milestones, evolving market dynamics, partner ecosystem growth, and the strategic priorities shaping TRASSIR’s global roadmap for 2026.


How would you describe TRASSIR’s international expansion in 2025?


2025 was a year of strong momentum for TRASSIR. We significantly strengthened our presence in India, expanded across the Middle East, and deepened our footprint in Africa. We also initiated our entry into Southeast Asia, starting with Indonesia. Growing global demand for AI-driven, software-first surveillance solutions clearly worked in our favor.


What milestones in product development or production stood out this year?


One of the key milestones was the launch of local NVR production in India, which helped accelerate deliveries, reduce costs, and improve overall competitiveness. In parallel, we continued refining our vertical-focused solutions, making them more complete and scalable for retail, industrial, and real estate applications. We also made solid progress in local product certification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in strategic markets such as India and the Middle East.


How has the partner ecosystem evolved over the past year?


We introduced an updated partner program with clearer value propositions, enhanced co-marketing tools, and a more structured onboarding process. More than 20 committed partners have already joined, and we are seeing stronger engagement, closer project collaboration, and improved regional coverage as a result.


From a business development perspective, which markets showed the strongest potential in 2025?


Markets with rapidly developing digital infrastructure — including the Middle East, Africa, Türkiye, India, and Southeast Asia — demonstrated the strongest growth potential. These regions are actively investing in AI, automation, and modern security technologies, creating highly favorable conditions for TRASSIR’s expansion.


What types of solutions were most in demand globally in 2025?


Integrated, industry-specific solutions attracted the greatest interest, particularly in retail, commercial and residential real estate, and logistics. Customers are increasingly looking for unified platforms that combine AI analytics, VMS, access control, and automation. The shift away from “just CCTV” toward intelligent surveillance that enhances operations, reduces losses, and improves safety is clearly accelerating. As a result, TRASSIR’s AI modules have become core components in many customer workflows.


Can you highlight a project or trend that best reflects TRASSIR’s capabilities this year?


A defining trend was the growth of large multi-site deployments requiring centralized monitoring, advanced analytics, and automation. These projects clearly demonstrated TRASSIR’s ability to manage complex, distributed infrastructures while delivering measurable business value.


What challenges did TRASSIR face in 2025, and how were they addressed?


The main challenge was balancing rapid international expansion with high expectations for local support. We addressed this by empowering our partners, strengthening regional teams, and investing in local production and certification wherever possible.


What are your priorities for international markets going into 2026?


Our priority is to deliver even greater value to end customers across international markets. We will continue scaling enterprise-level projects, expanding local partnerships, increasing investment in AI analytics, and deepening integration with access control and IoT systems to provide more unified, intelligent, and business-driven solutions.


As TRASSIR moves into 2026, the focus remains clear: delivering greater business value through intelligent, integrated security solutions while continuing to scale across international markets. With stronger local partnerships, growing enterprise deployments, and deeper investments in AI analytics and platform integrations, TRASSIR is positioned to support customers not just with surveillance — but with smarter, more connected, and future-ready security ecosystems worldwide.
