The luxury residential development Karaburun Dişli Villaları in Arnavutkoy, Istanbul, Turkiye has taken a major step forward in modernizing its security infrastructure by transitioning to TRASSIR’s advanced video management ecosystem.

The site originally operated a standard surveillance platform, but as the community grew, system stability became a challenge. Operators experienced software freezes, delays, and irregular performance, making monitoring less efficient and increasing the need for a more reliable solution.

Instead of replacing the entire system, TRASSIR delivered an upgrade based on the NeuroStation 32-channel NVR and AnyIP technology, which allowed the existing cameras to remain in operation. The migration to TRASSIR VMS significantly improved stability and everyday usability, while creating a scalable foundation for future enhancements.

In addition to performance improvements, the new solution gives the management team access to TRASSIR’s advanced analytics, including license plate recognition, face recognition, and workplace activity detection — ready to be activated whenever required.

Today, Karaburun Dişli Villaları operates a unified, flexible, and future-ready security system that enhances safety and operational confidence without requiring costly hardware replacement.
