While the architectural design focused on comfort and elegance, the client also prioritized reliable security for residents. With multiple entry and exit points, open areas, and a steady flow of visitors, the residential complex required an intelligent video management solution capable of ensuring round-the-clock protection without compromising aesthetics or ease of use.

Project solution

To meet these needs, Dostoba Konakları turned to TRASSIR to implement a smart, integrated surveillance system that delivers both performance and flexibility.

The deployment included:

• TRASSIR VMS as the central video management platform
• TRASSIR NeuroStation 32-channel NVR for powerful video processing and storage
• Integration of 15 cameras from different brands via TRASSIR’s open platform
• 10 TRASSIR Neuro Detector modules for real-time perimeter protection and intrusion detection
• TRASSIR Neuro Counter to track the number of people entering and leaving the complex

With TRASSIR’s brand-agnostic technology, all cameras — both new and existing — were integrated seamlessly, avoiding the need for costly hardware replacement.
