About the project
The Islamic University of Madinah was founded by the government of Saudi Arabia by royal decree in 1961 in the Islamic holy city of Medina. It provides Islamic, Arab sciences and other knowledge to students from over 170 countries who speak 50 languages. It deals with scientific research and community services, using the best technology to help distribute the message of Islam.
We are implementing this project with our partner in Saudi Arabia, Asaqefah Business Development Company.
Video surveillance in the field
Currently there are over 3000 cameras at the university.
Project solution
• Neurostation 8800R/64 INT - 6 pcs;
• Neuro Counter licenses - 24 pcs;
• Direction Detector licenses - 24 pcs;
• Neuro Detector licenses - 40 pcs;
• TRASSIR AnyIP licenses - 128 pcs;
• Workplace Detector - 40 pcs.
Project objectives
The main task was to upgrade and replace the security system and improve overall security at the University. The TRASSIR CCTV system will be used to monitor the activities of students, staff, and visitors, and will help ensure that everyone follows the rules and regulations.
Project results
We are currently in the process of setting up video analytics, after which we will move on to other areas of the university by covering most of the cameras.
In conclusion, TRASSIR has helped to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone by providing effective surveillance that will help guarantee security and discipline in the future.
