Ramco Cement Plant, one of India’s leading cement manufacturers, faced challenges managing security across multiple facilities. The vast campus areas were vulnerable to unauthorized entry, perimeter breaches, and fire or smoke hazards, while fragmented systems made unified monitoring and rapid incident response difficult.
TRASSIR provided a centralized, intelligent security solution, integrating existing cameras with new high-resolution 8MP cameras at critical areas. Using NeuroStation servers and TRASSIR VMS, the client gained a single platform to monitor all plants in real time, with AI-powered analytics for perimeter intrusion, unauthorized access, and fire/smoke detection.
Control rooms now receive instant alerts, enabling security teams to respond swiftly and effectively. The system is designed to be scalable, allowing future expansion with AI modules such as workplace detection, face-based attendance, ANPR, and heat maps.
The project delivers: enhanced perimeter protection, improved safety of personnel and assets, reduced reliance on manual monitoring, and optimized operational efficiency across multiple locations.
