What are the stages of working on any TRASSIR project?

Since 2002, TRASSIR has been developing solutions for CCTV surveillance and security. Thanks to an amazing team of experienced and devoted professionals, we can deliver superb results and continue to expand the international footprint of the TRASSIR brand. Our company's mission has always been a leading role in providing state-of-the-art security solutions from the scratch.

In order to make that possible, we consider every project unique, and one of the most important guidelines we follow is that every company has its own specifics and goals.

There are several stages of working on every project in TRASSIR.

First, we start with INQUIRY, when we define the needs and tasks, and check if there is a system already installed at the object, and the possibilities of integrating with. According to our Business Development and Sales Manager, during the first stage TRASSIR team listens to the client to maximize the understanding of what is available and collect technical information for a more accurate design.

After that, we start the next stage called TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY STUDY: during which we work out all the project details: we tell and show what solutions are available and which of them are suitable for solving this or that client's task.

During the next stage PILOTING, we perform phased testing. After that we start project IMPLEMENTATION with straight training and support.

Another advantage of TRASSIR is that we are open to integrations, and if the client has any equipment, ranging from ACS to various automation machines, we are ready to implement it in a complex work together with TRASSIR solutions. We try to optimize the use of the client's existing IOS to run TRASSIR solutions on cameras of any brand.
“We are very flexible in our approach towards integration with existing environments. We do not force our clients to purchase any sort of “bundles” or replace their existing cameras. Instead, we provide native connectivity with the vast majority of cameras on the market along with an SDK and high-level scripting tool,” says our Head of International Sales.

Another TRASSIR’s important feature that our Business Development and Sales Manager particularly stresses is that “we always stay close to our clients, very easy to contact and provide detailed training and support materials. TRASSIR team’s task is not just to sell, but to make a difference and solve multiple client’s needs. TRASSIR carefully accompanies the client from the beginning of the project and throughout the entire process to the final stage”.

TRASSIR modules work in various industries - smart city, education, retail, banking, etc. We are devoted to providing reliable, affordable, and smart video surveillance technologies to our clients, and the above-mentioned stages and our principles of work is what helps distinguish TRASSIR from the rest of the competition.
