Bonip Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., located in Kadirli, Osmaniye, Turkiye, is a major textile manufacturer operating in an industrial zone. Its production facility processes raw materials and finished goods around the clock and requires dependable security for assets, buildings, and logistics operations. With frequent flow of trucks, suppliers, and workforce, the company needed a surveillance solution that could upgrade perimeter protection and checkpoint automation — without replacing existing cameras.

Project background

The factory’s existing CCTV setup lacked intelligence: intrusions by humans or animals weren’t detected proactively; gate operations were manual; and camera brands were mixed, making unified control difficult. Management sought a modern system to improve security, streamline vehicle entry, and reduce operational costs — ideally one that could leverage their existing camera investments.

Project solution

In collaboration with INVIA Bina Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi, TRASSIR deployed a full-featured solution, including:

• TRASSIR NeuroStation 8800R/128-S RAID for centralized, fault-tolerant video management

• TRASSIR VMS with AnyIP support to integrate multi-brand cameras under one system

• AutoTRASSIR Parking INT for automated vehicle entry control at the checkpoint

• TRASSIR Neuro Detector to detect perimeter intrusions, differentiating humans vs animals

• Autouniversal Script to program custom responses and automate workflows

Installation included training, system integration, configuration, and testing. The new system provides always-on monitoring, intelligent alerts, and smoother operations across the facility perimeter and gate.

The Bonip site in Kadirli now benefits from:

• Proactive perimeter protection with real-time alerts on zone breaches

• Full gate automation — vehicles with recognized plates enter and exit automatically

• Reduced manpower overhead and fewer false alarms

• Ability to keep existing cameras — saving cost and disruption

• Scalable architecture ready to expand across other factory areas

TRASSIR’s deployment transformed the site from reactive surveillance to intelligent protection, strengthening security and operational control in Bonip’s Kadirli facility.
