About the project
Misstanbul Evleri residential complex is rising on a huge 101k land area and has 936 units. The project is located in Basaksehir, and there is definitely an option for any family thanks to the variety of apartments’ designs; the flat sizes are from 95 to 236 sqm area. The project is more like small city in a city; having everything a family or residents might need, Misstanbul Evleri has it all there: an amphitheater, open air chess areas, Finnish hammam, swimming pool, massage room, mini zoo, library, outdoor or indoor café, and more. There are also many sport facilities like football, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, walking tracks, fitness saloon. Misstanbul Evleri is a huge project, and security and safety are a big part of it.

Video surveillance in the field
The main objective of the project was to implement smart solutions based on neuro analytics. Using TRASSIR solutions, the residential complex planned to use various video analytics modules to provide better security for residents. 
Due to the fact that TRASSIR works with any brand of cameras, it was very easy to implement in the video surveillance system, which used cameras from different manufacturers. 

Project objectives
•  Ensuring safety within the building and maintaining the perimeter security;
•  Implementing a surveillance system to guarantee the absolute safety of the residents and the property;
•  Uniting the cameras from different manufacturers used on the territory in one system; 
•  Reducing the duties of the security service covering the whole perimeter of residential complex;
•  Providing access control at the checkpoints for the vehicles leaving and entering the premises. 

Project solution
The main advantage of TRASSIR is that you can use any brand of cameras and thus reduce costs for the client when implementing video analytic solutions.

Project results

The security system operates 24 hours a day, and this is only the first stage of the project. In the near future, we will install video analytics modules at this facility.
There are plans to upgrade and expand the system to include automatic entry of cars into the complex and license plate recognition.
