Electrosteel, one of India’s leading steel and infrastructure manufacturers, has reinforced perimeter security at its large-scale production facility with TRASSIR’s AI-driven solution. The sprawling industrial site, located in a high-risk area, faced recurring challenges from unauthorized intrusions and stray animals, posing risks to both personnel safety and critical operations.

To address these challenges, Electrosteel partnered with system integrator 3TS Technology to deploy a TRASSIR perimeter protection system. The implementation included NeuroStation 8200R/32 as the central video management server and Neuro Detector for AI-based video analytics. Custom algorithms were trained to distinguish humans from animals, minimizing false alarms while ensuring that security personnel receive only actionable alerts.

The system now provides real-time monitoring across the entire perimeter, 24/7 automated surveillance, and instant alerts for any breach. Security staff can respond faster and more efficiently, reducing reliance on manual guards and lowering operational costs.

Beyond improving immediate security, the solution is scalable, enabling Electrosteel to expand TRASSIR’s AI-driven perimeter protection to other facilities across India. By shifting from reactive CCTV monitoring to proactive, intelligent surveillance, Electrosteel ensures continuous protection of critical infrastructure and safer operations for its workforce.
