About the Project

The Artisan Istanbul MGallery is a boutique hotel located near Istiklal Street and Pera, on a quiet street between Taksim and Dolmabahçe. It is within walking distance of the Bosphorus coast and a ten-minute drive from Karakoy. The hotel is part of the Accor Group's premium category and displays nearly 100 artworks. The collection includes pieces by local and international artists, with notable sculptures by Richard Mas in the lobby. Art is featured throughout the hotel's rooms, corridors, convention halls, lobby, and terrace.

Video Surveillance in the Field

The primary goal of the project was to upgrade the video surveillance system and implement a flexible and modern solution with the capability to run video analytics modules to simplify and streamline security processes.

Project Objectives

• Ensuring the safety of the hotel’s premises: all the works of art, the safety of the personnel, safety of guests and their belongings;
  
• Providing Access Control with the TRASSIR neuroanalytical modules;
  
• Creating a comprehensive deep archive that stores the evidence base for the investigation of any controversial situations.

Project Results

TRASSIR's implementation at the Artisan MGallery in Istanbul significantly improved safety and operational efficiency. By enhancing environmental security and integrating AutoTRASSIR (license plate recognition system), TRASSIR ensured a safer environment for guests and staff. Additionally, the solutions led to improved personnel performance, contributing to a better service delivery. The project successfully met its objectives, and the client expressed satisfaction with the results.
