About the project
Güzeldağ Güneş Enerji Santrali is a solar plant in Antalia, Turkey. Solar and other renewable energy sites face many security threats, and theft is one of them. When criminals target solar farms, it often impacts revenue or might incur increased business costs.
TRASSIR has implemented this project together with our partner, SECURITECH GÜVENLİK VE OTOMASYON SİSTEMLERİ İTH. İHR. A.Ş.

Video surveillance in the field
The main objective of the project was to secure the perimeter and notify the security of illegal crossings in a timely manner. Due to the large number of cameras, the guards did not always have the time to monitor the entire area.

Project objectives
•  Implementing a surveillance system to guarantee the absolute safety of the solar plant equipment and the property;
•  Uniting the cameras from different manufacturers used on the territory in one system;
•  Reducing the duties of the security staff covering the whole perimeter of the solar plant premises. 

Project solution
The main advantage of TRASSIR is that you can use any brand of cameras and thus reduce costs for the client when implementing video analytic solutions. TRASSIR also provides their clients with a life-long license.

Project results
Thanks to TRASSIR Neuro Detector solution, based on video analytics and artificial intelligence, security staff does not have to make frequent rounds of the territory, as TRASSIR video analytics modules detect various objects with high accuracy and do not generate false alarms on animals, trees and other moving objects that are not related to security threats.

TRASSIR can convert ordinary video surveillance system with just recording and viewing options into a smart system based on video analytics and artificial intelligence, while the client saves money by just adding TRASSIR server and not having to change anything else.
