CASE: TRASSIR provides security for Faurecia Poliplex Automotive Factory

About the project

With 111,000 employees in 33 countries, Faurecia is a top ten global automotive supplier, and Faurecia Poliplex Automative Factory is Renault Otomativ's largest supplier of spare parts. A successful TRASSIR project equipped the factory with The Neuro Detection (Area Violation) System that was integrated into the existing cameras.

This project has been implemented together with our partner, LION TECHNOLOGY DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş.

Project objectives

• Ensuring the safety of workers in the factory area;

• Create an alarm with a sound and a siren.

Project solution

• Neuro Detection (Area Violation) System.

Project results

In the event of the workers entering the area during forklift movements in critical areas within the factory, an audible and siren warning was created using Neuro Detection analytics. Thus, the safety of the workers was ensured within the scope of personal protective security measures. The alarm warning installation was completed in 2022.
