Administrative buildings are usually areas of increased visitor activity: people who come for an administrative appointments may belong to different religious, ethnic, age and gender groups, have different social status, interests and emotional states. It is therefore very important to maintain full control of the areas inside the building and adjacent territories. In addition, from a security point of view, administrative buildings are often an indicator and identifier of urban life.

It is not enough just to equip these buildings with cameras. In addition to the eyes, an intelligent security system is usually required that can correctly interpret and analyze surveillance camera images and videos. As for example, TRASSIR high-definition surveillance system helped to secure in the Islamic University of Madinah, a center of education, culture and Islamic heritage. In order to link together 3,000 installed cameras, TRASSIR NeuroStation solution was implemented. TRASSIR Neuro Counter, Direction Detector and TRASSIR AnyIP modules help to collect and analyze incoming information, and TRASSIR Workplace Detector ensures discipline control and guarantees objectivity when it is necessary to investigate any incident.

In Kazakhstan, TRASSIR project resolved the issue not only of safety, but also of convenience for the office of the Akim of Atyrau region administrative building. Our project included an installation of ActiveCam - vandal-proof dome IP cameras with full visibility throughout the building. Also face detection can now be performed from any angle and the system sends a request to the database. TRASSIR Face Recognition works together with Access Control System and E-Fit Facial Identification analytics module for ensuring comfortable access and stay on the territory only to visitors from the authorized list. At the same time access to persons from the ban list is limited. The possibility of entering special areas is also regulated. Communication with the database and recording of the received data helps to conduct analytics, investigate incidents and prevent possible unwanted events on the territory. Thus, it allows to reduce the number of security personnel and their duties, while significantly increasing comfort and security, which has a positive impact on economic indicators.
