About the project
Eclipse Maslak, which has 550 residences in total, is located at the center of Istanbul's business and social life. The Eclipse Maslak Project in Maslak built on a land area of 22 thousand square meters, has different types of apartments range from 54 to 232 square meters. The apartments located in the vertical blocks of Eclipse Maslak offer its residents city, forest view and mountain view as well as the privileges of living in a residence. Eclipse Maslak in Istanbul features different types of accommodations and a fitness center.
A successful TRASSIR project equipped this sizable area with VMS and other TRASSIR solutions throughout the site. We implemented this project together with our partner, LION TECHNOLOGY DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ and GRL TEKNOLOJİ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.

 
 Video surveillance in the field
Due to the fact that the facility had a disparate video surveillance system, it was highly inconvenient for the operators to switch between several interfaces.

   
Project objectives
The customer wanted the entry and exit system for the cars to be fully automated, and the possibility to manage the occupancy of parking spaces. The customer also wanted a modern VMS for convenient monitoring of the territory with the use of video analytical modules. It was important to unify the entire system, which uses different brands of cameras, and to automate many processes using video analytics.

Project results
The video surveillance system at Eclipse Maslak Residence is now fine-tuned according to the customer's high standards, along with the new VMS and convenient analytics capabilities. The entry and exit system are now fully automated. Using the TRASSIR Parking script in the development, customers can easily manage the occupancy of parking spaces. By combining the unbundled system into a single TRASSIR VMS, the operators of residential complex can now optimally manage the VMS on the entire site. TRASSIR has made it possible to unify the entire video surveillance system, where different brands of cameras are used, and to automate many processes using video analytics.
