About the project
Nuri Körüstan Makina Metal San.Tic.A.Ş is a metal finisher in Bursa, Türkiye, which provides full service in flame cutting, laser cutting,  plasma cutting, waterjet cutting, guillotine shears cutting, press brake, bending with press, pipe, profile, stainless and sheet metal. The steel factory is operating in 18 000 m2 indoor, 2 000 m2 outdoor area with thousands of tons of stocked material.
TRASSIR has implemented this project together with our partner, LION TECHNOLOGY DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.

 
Video surveillance in the field
The main objective of the project was to use more modern and user-friendly functional VMS. Due to the fact that different brands of cameras were being used at the factory before modernization, TRASSIR VMS technology provided an opportunity to unite them and control through a single interface.
Another requirement was the use of Raid 5.0 for more secure archive storage.

Project objectives
• Ensuring safe operation within the steel processing shops and maintaining the perimeter security;
• Implementing a surveillance system to guarantee the absolute safety of staff, machinery and the property;
• Reducing the duties of the security service, covering the whole perimeter;
• Providing access control at the checkpoints;
• Creating a deep archive that stores the evidence base for the investigation of controversial situations during the working hours and at the nighttime.

 
Project solution
• NeuroStation 8800R/128 RAID INT – 1 pcs;
• TRASSIR AnyIP – 128 pcs;
•  TRASSIR VMS.

Project results
TRASSIR modules were integrated into the existing cameras at Nuri Körüstan Makina Metal San.Tic.A.Ş. It helped to ensure a total control over the territory and increased level of safety to staff, machinery and the property.
By choosing TRASSIR, the client solved several requirements at once: the factory is now equipped with a secure archive storage, the ability to use video analytic modules, and a modern VMS. Since the installed TRASSIR server supports all analytics modules, the factory will only need to purchase the required module licenses and launch analytics.
As soon as the second factory is constructed, its CCTV system will also be completely based on TRASSIR solutions.
