TRASSIR Staff Tracker
The analytics module helps to track and monitor the quality of staff work in offline retail. The module monitors the availability of the required number of employees in service areas, keeps records of visitors who were helped as well as those left unattended, generates reports on the speed and quality of service, and sends real time notifications when service standards are violated by personnel. Staff Tracker identifies employees by uniform color. Stores video footage to build evidence base.
