About the project

The INNOVIA 3 complex is located in Esenyurt, which is a well-known area. Consisting of 10 blocks and 3 293 apartments, INNOVIA 3 occupies a large plot of land with an area of 95,000 m², 85% of which is reserved for green/landscape areas and social facilities, such as children’s playgrounds, gyms, an indoor parking garage, cafes and restaurants.
A successful TRASSIR project equipped this sizable area with TRASSIR VMS and other solutions throughout the site. We implemented this project in cooperation with our partner, Bisavunma.

Video surveillance in the field

Guarantees the safety of all visitors and residents of INNOVIA 3 and protects from terrorism, hooliganism, theft, and fires.

Project objectives

The main aim was to use the unified TRASSIR VMS and video analytical modules to provide better safety for the residents, manage and control access to the complex's territory, and prevent any unauthorized entrance by vehicles and people thanks to timely notifications and alarms.

• TRASSIR AnyIP win64 - 40 pcs;
• TRASSIR Neuro Detector - 20 pcs.

Project results

Client plans to add additional video analytical module channels. Moreover, INNOVIA Residential Complexes 4, 5, 6 and 7 are already being constructed and their CCTV will be based on TRASSIR solutions as well.
