TRASSIR Cloud allows you to connect only three cameras for free. They will have the Base tariff connected, in which the following cloud features will be available:
These features will be blocked on the fourth and subsequent cameras connected for free. You can use other cloud features on them: parameters setting, channel blocking/unblocking, adding camera to the favorite list, moving and deleting devices, as well as checking the connection status and availability of the SD-card.
In order to unlock online video preview and all the other cloud functionality, you can connect the service on any blocked camera. If you activate the service on a camera that already has a Base tariff connected, it will get the selected tariff. The Basic tariff will be applied to the next connected camera and the camera will be unlocked.
If you have three free cameras and several cameras with paid services connected, the camera will be blocked when the service is removed. If there are no other free cameras, the Base tariff will be set on the camera. The camera archive stored in TRASSIR Cloud will remain available both at the Basic tariff and during the locking.
In case the rights to the camera have been transferred to another user before the blocking, the access rights settings window will also be available after the blocking. If you need to share camera rights, you can do this in the Administration section.
Tip
In case a paid service is activated on the camera and at the moment of the subscription fee charge there will be insufficient funds on the balance, the service will be suspended. Regardless of the number of free devices, the functionality of the Base tariff will be available on the camera. Top up the balance to resume the connected service on the camera.
