TRASSIR CMS can remotely connect to devices to view video using RTSP request.
For RTSP connection click Add device on the Devices page and select No Trassir Cloud support.
Select RTSP in the opened menu. The RTSP device parameters window will open. Enter the device name which will be displayed in the device list. Enter the RTSP request into the URL field.
Important
RTSP-request depends on the device manufacturer.
Press Next and wait for a few seconds till the cloud establish the connection with the device. In case of the successful connection the real time device playback window will open and the connected RTSP-device will appear in Device without TRASSIR Cloud support on the Devices page.
