ActivePOS is a system for point-of-sale operations monitoring. It is designed to monitor violations that occur during a cashier's shift and to resolve and prevent incidents that may harm the retail outlet as well as its customers.
To display the point-of-sale operations monitoring system on the operator's screen, open the extension panel and select Go to ActivePOS Expert mode or add ActivePOS expert mode to a template in the Template editor.
The point-of-sale operations monitoring system offers the following basic tools:
- ActivePOS reports - a set of reports based on data received from point-of-sale terminals.
- ActivePOS search - search for events and associated video data,ad well as receipts using flexible event and receipt filtering.
- ActivePOS incidents - summarized report on events that require analysis.
Moreover, you can monitor point-of-sale operations in real-time by using receipt event highlighting in conjunction with filtering.
