There are two tabs on the SIP phone panel:
- Live - this tab lets you make calls via the built-in SIP phone and review the call log.
- Archive - this tab lets you search for calls in the IP ATS server archive.
Use can use the following filters to find the required call:
- Time filter - lets you set the search time interval.
- Calls filter - lets you find the call with the help the following parameters:
- Incoming - the phone number from which the call has been made.
- Outgoing - the phone number, to which the phone call has been made.
- Call ID - a unique call identifier.
- Duration - a call minimal duration value.
Select the found call from the list to listen to it. The audio data will be downloaded from the IP phone server. To listen to click .
If the Manage view box is checked, you 'll be able to see the video archive of the channel, associated with this phone number, in the template.
Important
You'll be able to search through the archive only after successful connection to the call archive server. You can read more about it the "Administrator's guide" (Connection to Asterisk server).
