Each device connected to the cloud sends it information about its state in the form of health metrics, which are displayed in a table.
If there are errors on one or more devices, then next to the Devices menu item and the name of the device group you will see a red indicator with the number of malfunctioning devices.
Click on a device to see its health history.
By default, not all health metrics are displayed in the table, but you can always expand the list of displayed metrics by clicking on the Columns link and setting the checkboxes for the desired metrics. To adjust the order in which the columns are displayed, simply drag a column name to the desired position.
Important
If the connection to the cloud is lost, TRASSIR 4 server will not be able to send changes in its health metrics. However, after the connection has been restored all changes in the server's state will be sent to the cloud. This means you will always stay informed about the state of your video surveillance system.
